Our Services include:

-DIY digital automation tools and templates,

-DFY setup and system-build services,

-AI assistants, chatbots, and integrations,

-Access to affiliate or reseller programs via Go HighLevel (“GHL”).

If you do not agree, do not use or purchase our Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be 18 or older to use our Services.

You agree to: provide accurate contact and billing info;

maintain your own GHL or related platform login credentials; comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding marketing and data.

3. Use of Services

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital assets for your own business.
You may not resell, share, or distribute our proprietary materials unless you are enrolled in an approved Reseller or Affiliate Program and have written permission.

You agree not to:

reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce system snapshots;

use our automation flows for illegal, spam, or deceptive practices;

impersonate the Company or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Prices and inclusions are clearly stated at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Failed payments may suspend access immediately.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or equivalent processors.

5. Intellectual Property

All funnels, workflows, visuals, frameworks, copy, and training material created by or licensed to Feather & Fire Systems remain the intellectual property of the Company.

You receive limited rights to use them inside your business; you do not gain ownership or redistribution rights.

6. Affiliate & Reseller Program

If you join our affiliate or reseller program:

You must follow all FTC endorsement and disclosure rules.

Payouts occur only for valid referrals tracked through our official links.

We may revoke participation for spam, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct.

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our systems may connect with third-party tools such as GHL, n8n, OpenAI, Synthesia, and others.
We are not liable for outages, data loss, or changes caused by third-party updates.
Users must comply with each platform’s own terms of service.

8. AI Content & Automation Disclaimer

Our templates and automations include AI-generated outputs.
AI responses are based on probabilistic models and should be reviewed by a human before publication or client use.

Feather & Fire Systems assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or consequences of AI-generated content.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

All digital sales are final unless otherwise stated in the specific product agreement.
Refunds, if applicable, are handled per the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

lost profits, revenue, or data; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

business interruption or loss arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feather & Fire Systems and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
