At Feather & Fire Systems, we respect your investment and our time. Due to the custom nature of our services:

Deposits

All deposits, including the standard $500 project deposit, are non-refundable.

Service Cancellation

Monthly retainers may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. You will continue to have access to services during that 30-day period, after which billing will end.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on work already started or completed. If no work has begun and cancellation is requested, we may issue a partial refund minus processing fees at our discretion.
