💾 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Feather & Fire Systems provides digital products, automated systems, templates, and service-based solutions. Because access to these materials is granted immediately upon purchase, and setup work begins instantly, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

We believe in transparency, clear communication, and fairness. This policy outlines when refunds or cancellations may apply.


1. Digital Products & Snapshots

All digital downloads, templates, automations, and Go HighLevel (GHL) snapshots are non-refundable once delivered.


This includes:

- Funnels, workflows, and automations,

- AI assistants or chatbot setups,

- PDF guides, workbooks, or swipe files,

- Instant-access masterclasses or pre-recorded trainings.

If a technical issue prevents access to your product, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll help resolve it or reissue access.


2. DFY (Done-For-You) Services

DFY automation setups, custom builds, and system installs require both time and resources.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If work has begun on your project, no full refund will be issued.

If you cancel before any work starts, you may receive a 50% refund minus processing fees.

We guarantee that any deliverables outlined in your signed agreement or invoice will be completed as described. Adjustments, not refunds, will be offered to ensure satisfaction.


3. DIY Memberships / SaaS Subscriptions

Monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions (DIY or white-labeled accounts) can be canceled anytime before your next billing cycle.

You may cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing support.

No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Access to software and materials ends immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.

It’s your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.


4. Workshops, Events & Power Sessions

Because limited seats are allocated per event or 1:1 session, all registrations are final.
If you can’t attend, you may:

Transfer your ticket to another person (with written notice at least 24 hours prior), or

Request to apply your payment as a credit toward another product or service within 60 days.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations forfeit all fees.


5. Affiliate & Partner Sales

Refunds for purchases made through third-party partners, affiliates, or the Go HighLevel marketplace are subject to the vendor’s refund policy, not Feather & Fire Systems’.
We cannot reverse or process refunds for payments not made directly to us.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks seriously.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we reserve the right to:

- Suspend access to all Feather & Fire Systems products,

- Remove you from affiliate or reseller programs,

- Report the dispute to relevant platforms or partners.

Our team is happy to work with you to resolve any issue fairly before it escalates.


7. How to Cancel or Request Help

To cancel a subscription or report a problem:

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.

If something isn’t functioning as intended, we’ll make it right — through support, access restoration, or a replacement solution — not through unnecessary refunds.
